1. What GOZEN is

GOZEN is a booking platform that connects guests with independent wellness venues (spas, massage clinics, and — as they launch — beauty and fitness providers) in Cambodia. The services themselves are delivered by the venues, not by GOZEN.

2. Bookings & the booking fee

GOZEN is free to download and browse.
When you book, you pay a booking fee of 15% of the service price through the app to secure your slot. This is GOZEN's service fee.
The remaining 85% is paid directly to the venue at your visit, in cash or any payment method the venue accepts.
Prices shown are set by the venues and may change; the price at the moment of booking applies.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel or reschedule in the app up to 2 hours before your appointment.
For cancellations made in time, the booking fee is refunded or credited according to the venue's cancellation policy, which is displayed before you confirm your booking.
No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the booking fee — it compensates the venue for the held slot.
If a venue cancels your confirmed booking, your booking fee is refunded in full.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and give accurate contact details so venues can confirm your booking. You can delete your account and data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Reviews

Only guests with a completed booking can review a venue on GOZEN. Fake, abusive, or paid reviews are removed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, no scraping, no interfering with the service, no unlawful content.

7. Liability

GOZEN provides the booking platform "as is". The venues are responsible for the services they deliver. To the extent permitted by law, GOZEN's liability for any claim is limited to the booking fee you paid for the reservation concerned.
