2. Data we collect

Account data — name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or make a booking.
Booking data — the venue, service, date, time, and party size of your reservations.
Payment data — booking-fee payments are processed by our payment partners (such as ABA). We never store your card numbers or banking credentials.
Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use your data

To create and confirm your bookings and share the necessary details with the venue you booked.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service messages.
To operate, secure, and improve GOZEN.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share booking details (name, phone, reservation info) only with the venue you book, and payment information only with the payment provider you choose. Service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g. our database and hosting providers) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored with our cloud infrastructure providers and protected in transit with HTTPS. Sensitive personal information in the app is encrypted on-device. Access to production data is restricted.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The website uses only functional local storage: your language preference. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
